Dedicated to accelerating the discovery, development and distribution of better treatments and ultimately a cure for prostate cancer -- a disease that will strike 1 in 6 American men.
How do you help people in my community?
Husbands, fathers, sons, grandfathers . . . across the country and worldwide are affected by prostate cancer, there is no immunity to this disease. Prostate cancer has the strongest familial link among all major cancers. Race is also a factor – African Americans are 65% more likely to develop prostate cancer compared with Caucasians, and are twice as likely to die from it. By supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation you can make a difference in your community, with your circle of friends, with your colleagues at work, and possibly in your own family
