Parkinson's Research Foundation, Michael Stern - Medical Research

Funding research on Parkinson's disease at all stages, from early detection to cause and cure at labs at Rockefeller and Harvard Universities and in New Haven. 95% is used for research.

How do you help people in my community?

Why do you need my support?

The unanswered questions of Parkinson’s disease are many. At the Michael Stern Parkinson’s Research Foundation, we know that every bit of information learned about the brain and neuronal function helps move science forward.  Every step taken in a laboratory is step closer to a cure.

Medical research is at a very exciting stage, with many new therapies having recently been developed and more under development for the treatment of neurological diseases.  But this research requires considerable support in terms of money.  The Michael Stern Parkinson’s Research Foundation understands the need and is unwavering in its support of our research scientists; they rely on us for this support – they need us, we need you.  Please donate today.

How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

The Michael Stern Research Foundation gives fully 95% of all donations directly to fund the vital research being done at our three laboratories.  Only 5% goes to administrative costs.  We are as committed to keeping our costs low as our scientists are committed to giving us A WORLD WITHOUT PARKINSON’S.

Can I Volunteer? How?

Volunteer help is always welcomed. Our offices are located in Manhattan, NY. Anyone interested in helping can call Judy Acosta at 212 957 7333.
