The nation's largest lymphoma-focused voluntary health organization funding research and providing survivors, patients and loved ones with critical information along with professional education programs, advocacy and awareness.
How do you help people in my community?
The Lymphoma Research Foundation’s programs and services are available to anyone in the United States, including people right in your community. Anyone can call our toll-free number at 800- 500-9976. A trained professional will answer your questions and address your concerns. In addition, LRF has 22 chapters around the country that provide programs and services to their local communities.
Why do you need my support?
Every dollar makes a difference and will help fund lymphoma research grants as well as the programs and services that 11,600 benefited from this year. LRF spends 60% of the money raised on research, and another 26% on vital programs and services. Our goal is to cure lymphoma. Until a cure is found, LRF wants to make sure that people who are affected by lymphoma have the support they need.
How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?
Over 85% of the money raised by the Lymphoma Research Foundation funds our mission. LRF is proud to have received the highest four-star rating from Charity Navigator for the third year in a row. LRF is able to keep costs down because it is fortunate to have a large and growing number of volunteers. In fact, most of LRF’s chapters are entirely volunteer-run.
Can I Volunteer? How?
We would be delighted to have you as an LRF volunteer. Simply call 800-235-6848 and ask for Joan Mistrough to learn more.
