How do you help people in my community?

We help people in your community and your neighbors community. As our world becomes so transient our neighbors and neighborhood are in constant flux. Scouts provide enormous hours of community service such as collecting food and clothing, painting churches, picking up trash, singing to the elderly and much more. Scouting helps your community by teaching young people to be positive participants in their community.

Why do you need my support?

We serve individuals and communities therefore we depend upon individuals support. Small gifts and large gifts all make a difference because when they're combined the money is utilized to maintain and enhance programs and facilities. Our current vision is to purchase a piece of property close to the District of Columbia in an effort to better serve our constituents. We are different from all the other causes because we stress parental involvement, youth leadership skills, a belief in God and deliver the program in a fun, outdoor oriented program.

How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

Our fundraising and administrative costs are low and the size of our organization allows us to operate efficiently. An audit is done every year.
