How do you help people in my community?

Planned Parenthood Golden Gate provides over 110,000 reproductive and primary healthcare visits to over 50,000 clients each year. We have health centers in Redwood City, San Mateo, San Francisco, San Rafael, Rohnert Park, Oakland and Hayward. Our team of trained educators provides a wide range of cutting-edge responsible sex education programs to 12,000 youth and their parents each year in classrooms and community centers throughout our service area.

The money we raise from individuals helps PPGG provide high-quality low-cost primary and reproductive health services to the communities we serve. The mission of Planned Parenthood Golden Gate is to provide comprehensive primary and reproductive health care services, to provide educational programs, to advocate policies that guarantee individual rights, dignity and privacy, and to promote health care research. How can I be sure that you will use my money wisely and won't waste it?

66% of our income goes directly to Client Medical Services. The remaining percentage covers Administration, Fundraising, Public Affairs and our extensive Education and Counseling services.

Can I Volunteer? How?
